We even went for a family cup of tea with Kerrie at Viners on the day after the funeral when we collected Mum’s ashes and I can honestly say although it may sound strange, it was an uplifting lovely moment which we all enjoyed. Nathan was amazing, caring and very professional. He made what was a very hard and difficult time, easier. There wasn't anything that he wouldn't do. Any questions we had Nathan answered and when we were struggling to do the video link, he dealt with it for us.
We felt that Mum was really looked after while in their care.
